We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@brassura.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions and the necessary return address.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and uninstalled.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs (Crucial Transparency)
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for reasons such as buyer's remorse or if an incorrect size/finish was ordered.
- Brassura Responsibility: If the item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline and Details
- Inspection: Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
- Processing: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days following inspection.
- Credit Appearance: Refunds may take an additional 1–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (bank or credit card company).
Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method. We do not offer cash or check refunds. For international returns, additional shipping fees or longer processing timelines may apply. Please contact us for details specific to your location.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or manufacturing has begun, it cannot be canceled.
