1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern all transactions and the use of the Brassura website (“the Site”). By accessing or placing an order on the Site, the customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.

2. Products and Availability

All products are sold while supplies last. Brassura reserves the right to withdraw or modify items in the catalog without prior notice. Product imagery is for illustrative purposes; the final product may vary slightly in finish or appearance, especially due to the handcrafted nature of some items.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in USD. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax), which are calculated based on the jurisdiction and displayed at the final checkout stage.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Shop Pay. We accept major credit cards and other available alternative payment methods.

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Order fulfillment time varies by product category; please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times.

Shipping: Delivery is provided by DHL and FedEx and is free for all orders. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (The Refund Policy)

The customer has 30 days from the receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal/return, as detailed in our separate Refund Policy.

Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions, conditions, and information on return shipping costs.

6. Product Warranty

Our products come with a warranty of up to 5 years against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, contact us at contact@brassura.com with photos and details. The warranty is subject to verification and excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed.

7. Proof of Transactions and Data Confidentiality

Transaction data recorded by the payment provider (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay) serves as the official proof of purchase. All personal information collected is treated confidentially and is used strictly for order processing and service provision, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

Brassura is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, supplier shortages, or transport disruptions.
